3 Years Warranty on Glass Products by GAIWAN

Warranty

If the glass breaks during normal use in a private household, including cleaning in a dishwasher, we will replace it within 3 years from the date of order. A photo on which the defect is clearly visible is sufficient as proof.

As long as the same model is in GAIWAN assortment, the defective glass will be replaced by a glass of the same model. If the model is no longer in GAIWAN range, the defective glass will be replaced by a similar product in GAIWAN range.

Warranty Disclaimer

No warranty is provided for a broken glass that has broken into more than five pieces. No warranty is provided for damage resulting from the following causes: Non-compliance with the instructions for use and care contained in the instructions for use, unsuitable and improper use, incorrect or negligent handling, force of any kind, chemical, mechanical or physical influences on the material as a result of improper use.

Warranty Claim

The warranty claim is valid only for GAIWAN brand products. The warranty starts from the date of purchase. You can make your warranty claim preferably by e-mail, stating your order number. If you have purchased our product from a dealer, the presentation of an invoice or receipt is required.

Notice of Legal Rights of the Consumer
