30 Years Warranty on Tea Strainers by GAIWAN

Warranty

We guarantee, under normal, intended use in private households, the durability of GAIWAN stainless steel tea strainers for 30 years from the date of purchase.

The warranty service consists of the fact that we will replace defective GAIWAN brand stainless steel tea strainers within the warranty period and replace them with faultless products.

A defective stainless steel tea strainer of the GAIWAN brand is not present if only übliche signs of use, such as scratch marks and Verfärbungen purely optical nature. In this case, no warranty service will be provided.

As long as the same model is carried in the GAIWAN range, the defective tea strainer will be replaced by a tea strainer of the same model. If the model is no longer carried in GAIWAN's range, the defective tea strainer will be replaced by a similar product carried in GAIWAN's range

Warranty Disclaimer

No warranty is provided for damage resulting from the following: Failure to observe the instructions for use and care contained in the instructions for use, unsuitable and improper use, incorrect or negligent handling, force of any kind, chemical, mechanical or physical influences on the material as a result of use not in accordance with the intended purpose.

Warranty Claim

The warranty claim is only valid for GAIWAN products. For other brands, the warranty card supplied with the product must be presented. The warranty starts from the date of purchase.

You can make your warranty claim preferably by email, stating your order number. If you purchased our product from a retailer, you will be required to provide an invoice or receipt.

Notice of Legal Rights of the Consumer

The statutory rights to which a consumer is entitled against the seller if the purchased item was not free of defects at the time of transfer of risk (e.g. subsequent replacement, withdrawal, reduction, compensation) are not restricted by this warranty.
