If you enjoy drinking green tea, you will no doubt have come across the terms bancha and sencha. These are Japanese green teas that are part of the everyday teas there. Both are enjoyed at any time of day and on any occasion. Japan Bancha is the gentler variety. Both come from the same tea plant, but Bancha is harvested later. This has the advantage that this tea contains much less caffeine and has a mild taste.
Our Bancha is a soft, mild and full-bodied tea with a slightly earthy character. The tea also comes from controlled organic cultivation. No wonder it is one of our absolute top products.
Ingredients from controlled organic cultivation: green tea from Japan.
