This is a Se Chung Oolong from the Chinese province of Fujian. It is characterized primarily by the fact that its fermentation time is kept shorter than other oolong teas. The typical oolong character is thus somewhat milder, which gives the tea a lovely taste.
Additionally, freshly picked osmanthus flowers are added to this tea during production. These are added so that they release their aroma to the tea. After a few hours, they are strained again and the process is repeated until the tea has taken on the delicate aroma.
Ingredients: oolong from China, osmanthus blossoms.
