Preparation: 4-5 teaspoons (10-15g) per 1 L (34 fl oz) of water, temperature: 100 °C (212 °F), brewing time: 4-5 minutes.

With this herbal infusion you invite summer into your home at any time of the year. The refreshing and invigorating blend of rooibos, rosehip, lemongrass, peppermint, strawberry leaves and many other delicious ingredients will make you forget everything around you. Suddenly you are sitting on the veranda in the garden, enjoying a fresh fruit spritzer in the shade, while the fresh aroma of homegrown herbs gives you relaxation.

Of course, it also tastes great in the summer. Here we recommend simply making an iced tea out of it. For this, take a little more tea per liter and let the infusion brew for up to 15 minutes. Then put it in the fridge and add a few ice cubes before enjoying - and you have a delicious cool drink.
