Lemon verbena is an ingredient in many delicious tea blends. The fine citrus note develops in this herb only after flowering, which is why it is harvested only in late autumn. Pure, lemon verbena makes a tasty, slightly fruity tea. In combination with other ingredients, it is often used for its subtle citrus flavor.
If you're already buying pure lemon verbena, why not experiment a little at home? Just add half a teaspoon of Lemon Verbena to an aromatic black or green tea instead of a squeeze of lemon. Feel free to tell us about your experience with it.
