Taste: subtle fruity, mild, flowery

Preparation: 4-5 teaspoons (10-15g) per 1 L (34 fl oz) of water, temperature: 100 °C (212 °F), brewing time: 3-4 minutes.

For this delicacy we have used a high quality green oolong from China. This is carefully rolled by hand into small balls that open to almost full leaf size when infused. Aromatic jasmine and rose blossoms accentuate the mild, floral flavor of the oolong and provide a contrast to the subtle fruity note of goji berries. Cocoa shells, licorice and a hint of tangerine aroma round out the taste experience.

Feel free to pour this tea several times and try to perceive the different flavors that unfold as a result.
