Preparation: 4-5 teaspoons (10-15g) per 1 L (34 fl oz) of water, temperature: 100 °C (212 °F), brewing time: 4-5 minutes.

Unfortunately, one problem with many fruit infusions is that they also tend to have an increased acid content due to the fruit acids and are simply too bitter for some connoisseurs. This can be mitigated with low infusion times and soft water, but why not drink a low-acid tea right away?

Our certified organic fruit infusion Elderberry-Vanilla impresses with its low-acid, light sweetness and berry flavor, which is rounded off by natural vanilla aroma.
