The pinnacle of green teas is undoubtedly the so-called jasmine tea. This type of tea is characterised by the fact that fresh jasmine petals are added to the green tea during drying and fermentation.
We have a large selection of delicious jasmine teas in stock for you, but we would like to introduce the most popular representative here: Jasmine Phoenix Dragon Pearls.
The Dragon Pearls are small balls of rolled tea leaves. Each of these balls contains a jasmine blossom. The fresh blossoms are added to the green tea while it is still wilting, so that the leaves absorb as much of the fresh blossom aroma as possible. Then the blossoms are rolled in a complex process and gently dried.
The result is a feast for all the senses. When you open the bag, the fresh aroma of the jasmine blossoms is already present. The small balls are pretty to look at and take up very little space in the strainer. However, when infused, they unfold and shortly afterwards fill most of the strainer - a factor that definitely needs to be considered. Our large tea glass with strainer and lid is best suited for this purpose. With 500 ml of usable capacity, the tea has the best opportunity to unfold freely here. The finished tea offers you a stunningly mild, fine-flowery taste of the highest quality.
Ingredients: green tea from China.
