Preparation: 4-5 teaspoons (10-15g) per 1 L (34 fl oz) of water, temperature: 100 °C (212 °F), brewing time: 3-4 minutes.

Not all Earl Grey is the same. Originally, Earl Grey always consisted of Chinese black tea with bergamot oil. However, there are now also Earl Grey made from all kinds of teas, such as black tea from Assam, Ceylon or - as in this case - Darjeeling.

In this way, Earl Grey gets its very own note, without losing the character and fresh citrus aroma of the bergamot. Our Earl Greys are always refined with 90% pure bergamot oil and carefully balanced with mandarin and lemon. Of course, all ingredients come from controlled organic cultivation.
