Preparation: 4-5 teaspoons (10-15g) per 1 L (34 fl oz) of water, temperature: 100 °C (212 °F), brewing time: 3-4 minutes.

A delicious blend of full-bodied black tea and sweet caramel. For this specialty, we use strong black teas from India and China, which harmonize wonderfully with the creamy sweetness of the caramel.

A shot of milk goes perfectly with this, which is a little closer to the East Frisian tea culture.
