There are only a few different varieties of white tea in the world. Along with Yin Zhen, Pai Mu Tan belongs to the absolute top of this category. For Pai Mu Tan, one bud and the top two leaves of the tea plant are picked and gently fermented. The result is a full-bodied, strong tea that can be enjoyed pure, as in this case, or in various tea compositions.
To get the right taste out of the tea, we recommend pouring 70-80°C hot water over Pai Mu Tan and letting it steep for 2-3 minutes. Additional infusions are also possible and offer an exciting and varied taste experience.
