Our certified organic black tea Ping Suey comes from China and is a mild, soft tea. Its round aroma gently caresses your palate. The advantage of this black tea is that you can let it steep further without any problem, without the taste becoming bitter. Typically, a black tea should not steep for more than 3-4 minutes before it needs to be removed from the strainer. Ping Suey is characterized by the fact that it does not become excessively bitter, despite a longer infusion time. Ideal to infuse it again.
