Preparation: 4-5 teaspoons (10-15g) per 1 L (34 fl oz) of water, temperature: 100 °C (212 °F), brewing time: 4-5 minutes.

The traditional masala spice blend from India, mostly known in this country as chai, consists of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, pepper and cloves. This tastes great pure or with a little milk.

To add a little variety, we have simply replaced cardamom with licorice for this organic herbal infusion. This gives the full-bodied, spicy flavor an aromatic, slightly sweet note.

Ingredients from controlled organic cultivation: cassia cinnamon, ginger, liquorice, black pepper, cloves.
