Caraway as a tea? Sure, why not! One of the best-known teas of all, fennel-anise-caraway, consists of one third of it. The positive effects of caraway on flatulence are well known from hearty cuisine. Caraway tea tastes characteristically spicy and is an absolute delight. By the way, our caraway tea comes from controlled organic cultivation in Germany. So you are not only doing something good for yourself, but also for the environment.
A tip for a little variety: we have the three ingredients fennel, anise and caraway in stock as pure varieties. Just buy a packet of each variety and try mixing your favourite combination. Maybe you'll like the tea better with two spoonfuls of fennel and one spoonful each of anise and caraway?
