Preparation: 4-5 teaspoons (10-15g) per 1 L (34 fl oz) of water, temperature: 100 °C (212 °F), brewing time: 5 minutes.

Masala is an Indian spice mixture consisting of ZImt, ginger, cloves, black pepper and cardamom. This is usually drunk there with black tea and lots of milk and sugar as Masala Chai. However, the masala mixture also tastes excellent pure and has made a name for itself worldwide under the name "Chai".

We have created a special delicacy for you. We have added a generous portion of cocoa shells to the usual spicy masala formula. The result is a delicious hot beverage with a distinctly chocolaty note. Tastes almost like spicy hot chocolate.

Ingredients from controlled organic cultivation: cocoa shells, cassia cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, cloves.
