Preparation: 4-5 teaspoons (10-15g) per 1 L (34 fl oz) of water, temperature: 70° C (158 °F), brewing time: 3-4 minutes.

Loong Tseng is the name for a special variety of green tea from China. This differs mainly in that the leaves are not rolled as usual, but gently folded and pressed. One look into the sieve is enough to distinguish Loong Tseng from all other varieties. Our organic certified Ding Gu Da Fang is a genuine Loong Tseng, which is also a bit more intense in taste and at the same time more delicate than other varieties. In any case, this green tea is an absolute delight.

As with all good green teas, you should let the boiling water cool down to about 70°C beforehand, so as not to burn the delicate leaves.
